Grant Delgatty
Chief Creative Officer, Co-Founder
Grant has designed hundreds of products, from furniture to sporting goods, consumer electronics, retail environments, protective gear, and housewares. For much of his career, he led design for various shoe companies including Vans shoes.
In 2008, Grant launched a sustainable footwear company called Urshuz, which allowed customers to customize their shoes by interchanging fully recyclable soles and uppers using Grant’s patented technology.
Grant has taught at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA since 2007, specializing in product, mobility and transportation design.
Sven Etzelsberger
Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder
Sven has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry around the globe, and he is passionate about anything that merges clever engineering with gorgeous design.
In Germany, he worked at Porsche on the development of formidable sports cars. He eventually moved to Porsche’s Californian design center to head up studio engineering and lead the release of the Cayman.
Sven has also served as the VP of Advanced Engineering at Saleen Automotive and the Chief Engineer and Vehicle Line Executive at Fisker, where he earned his stripes in alternative energy transportation.

Don’t leave your drink behind. Sturdy polished aluminum cup holder attaches firmly to the handlebar and compliments your URB-E perfectly. 3″ (7.62 cm) diameter accommodates most beverage containers and keeps drinks in place.
URB-E Sleeve Inserts
Customize your URB-E with color sleeve inserts! Mix and match to create an URB-E that fits you. Choose from a variety of colors including Carbon Black and Clear. The Carbon Black insert has a unique appearance and woven carbon fiber texture. You can paint the Clear inserts to completely personalize your ride.
