So fun! URB-Enthralled!

My husband bought me the URB-E as a Christmas present but when I saw the box I had to open it right away ( since I had to sign for the delivery). The scooter was well packed and assembly was a matter of installing four bolts… It was that easy. Then of course, I had to take it for a spin. I LOVED IT! The ride was so smooth and comfortable even in the rain ( which it was raining when I took it for a spin). It was easy to maneuver and it felt really balanced. Also wanted to indicate that the customer service from URB-E was excellent. My husband received a call from the customer service rep AND the CEO of the company when he placed the order with Amazon. We highly recommend this scooter for those interested in a fun ride.

A lot of changes have been happening within the company

When we first got in contact with Urb-E, it was a very disappointing experience. Since then a lot of changes have been happening within the company. They have completely met and exceeded our expectations of their customer service. Thats one of the strengths of dealing with a small business, when there’s a problem they can react quickly and fix it. I will definately deal with them again.

Urb-e contacted my friend and resolved any issue she had

Urb-e contacted my friend and resolved any issue she had. She’s about to receive her Urb-e now and her dad will now have a vehicle to get around on. I’ll post a review once she gets it. Thanks Urb-e for doing right by her! Thanks, Chad

Love URB-E!!!

Love URB-E!! It’s fun to ride, easy to carry, and I ADORE not paying for gas or parking! Plus, I’m a big fan of the URB-E rides they host around LA. They’re fun excuses to check out somewhere new and get to know the URB-E team.
